Getting Started with ZoomInfo Marketing

When you’re ready, follow the steps below to begin!
Step 1: Account Provisioning
The first step to getting started with ZoomInfo Marketing is to get access to your accounts and provide access to your team.
Activate Your Admin Account
You should have received an automated email from ZoomInfo in your inbox. If you have not received that email (check your spam), the email will be from helpmenow@zoominfo.com or you can request a reset password from the main ZoomInfo login page.
Provision Your Users
The first step in utilizing ZoomInfo Marketing is to add your users. Users will be able to see value from the platform right away.

Step 2: Set Up Your Integrations

Congratulations! You’ve completed your onboarding steps.
With your onboarding completed, take advantage of add-on features like FormComplete or Enrich (not available to all customers). These enable your marketers to increase web form conversions quickly and enrich your targeted audience lists.
Additionally, consider completing a ZoomInfo Marketing Certification course. This comprehensive program offers valuable insights into identifying what prospects to target, prioritizing who you should reach out to first, converting those best-fit prospects, and predicting when those prospects will buy.
FormComplete
To set up FormComplete, please utilize the resources below:
FormComplete is an add-on feature and is not available to all customers. Review your contract to confirm you have access. If you are interested in adding FormComplete please reach out to your Account Manager. Your website administrator will be responsible for setting up FormComplete.

Enrich
To set up Enrich, please utilize the resources below:
