Sources & Process
See how we source data for go-to-market success
Every data point that enters our database goes through the FuZIon data collection system. This sophisticated collection machine ensures that your business data is accurate, actionable and data-privacy compliant.
step 1
Source & Curate Raw Data
ZoomInfo gathers and organizes broad business information and buying signals from multiple sources.
We source our business data from across the web using advanced technologies, niche third-party providers, community contributors, and a robust research team.
step 2
Transform & Verify B2B Data
ZoomInfo’s greatest differentiator is its ability to transform billions of unstructured data points into actionable insights.
We verify the data through a multi-layered, real-time verification process using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and highly skilled data scientists.
step 3
Monitor & Update GTM-Ready Data
Go-to-market teams face the challenge of getting access to accurate data.
ZoomInfo ensures you receive fresh data by testing, updating and monitoring every data point. When we detect a data change, we adjust, add or remove the information.

Frequently Asked Questions
How frequently do you update your data?
At Zoominfo we verify every single data point before publishing it to our platform. We check data points for frequency of mentions, recency of mentions and reliability of data sources.
We use different evidence-based algorithms for each of our data attributes to ensure the most accurate results. As soon as we detect a change, we will add, adjust or remove data points from our system. Only large data providers backed by strong funding and large teams have both the technical know-how and resources to follow such a stringent verification process.
Is your data compliant?
Yes. ZoomInfo’s governance framework aligns with the regulations in our major markets, including the GDPR and CCPA, and we are ISO 27701 certified.
In fact, ZoomInfo follows stricter privacy, security and compliance practices than stipulated by the government and regulatory agencies. No other provider has as many self-enforced restrictions.
How can I integrate your data into my systems?
We offer a wide variety of data access solutions including APIs, Webhooks and our Data Brick. Learn more here: https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/operations
