Henry is an AI-powered sales coach developed by ZoomInfo, designed to act as a digital expert persona of Henry Schuck, the CEO of ZoomInfo. Henry Schuck is a world-class sales expert, and this bot is built to provide his specific level of tactical insight and GTM strategy to every user.
The bot uses advanced machine learning models (like Claude by Anthropic) to analyze sales conversations end-to-end. By applying a proprietary "Dual Tesseract" engine, it interprets call transcripts with the same high-energy discipline, rigor, and strategic judgment you would expect from a high-level GTM executive.

Yes, this is a free interactive demo designed to showcase ZoomInfo’s AI capabilities. Users can analyze up to 3 call transcripts per session to experience the quality of our GTM insights.

What types of sales calls can Henry analyze?

Henry is optimized for the entire sales cycle, including Cold Calls, Discovery & Qualification, Product Demos, and Closing or Renewal conversations.

Does ZoomInfo store my call transcripts?

No. For your privacy and security, transcripts are processed in real-time to generate your coaching report and are not stored on our servers after the session ends. We do, however, retain a record of your interaction with Henry, the prompts you submit and the responses the coach provides, which may include text you chose to paste into the chat. These interaction records are stored for a limited period so we can operate, secure, and improve the service. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

How do I get a transcript of my call?

Most meeting platforms allow you to download transcripts easily. You can find instructions for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Gong, and Chorus by clicking the "Need help finding your transcript?" link in the chat.

What file formats are supported?

You can paste text directly or upload files in  VTT, TXT, DOCX or Google docs formats.

Why do I need to provide my name, job title and company?

Henry isn't a generic chatbot; he’s a specialized GTM coach. Knowing your role and company allows the AI to tailor its advice to your specific industry, seniority level, and selling environment. This ensures the feedback you receive is relevant to your actual day-to-day challenges. We handle this information in line with our Privacy Policy and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Is my data used to train ZoomInfo or third party AI models?

No. We use your call transcript and profile information only to generate your coaching report for that session. We do not use your transcripts to train or fine‑tune ZoomInfo’s commercial data products. We send your transcript to our AI model provider (currently Anthropic’s Claude model) under strict contractual terms that prohibit them from using your data to train or improve their general‑purpose models.

Can Henry help with sensitive or non‑sales calls?

Henry is designed for ordinary business‑to‑business sales conversations. Please do not upload transcripts that contain:
• Sensitive personal data (for example, health information, trade‑union membership, religious or political views),
• Highly sensitive personal information about individuals, or
• Internal HR, disciplinary, grievance or whistleblowing conversations.
If in doubt, treat this tool as a coaching aid for typical sales and customer calls, not as a repository for confidential or highly sensitive matters.
