Getting Started with the ZoomInfo Chrome Extension
The customer onboarding center was designed to allow you to get started quickly. When you’re ready, follow the steps below to begin!
Step 1: Account Provisioning
The first step to getting started is to get access to your accounts and provide access to your team.
Activate Your Admin Account
You should have received an automated email from ZoomInfo in your inbox. If you have not received that email (check your spam), you can request a reset from the main ZoomInfo Login Page.
Provision Your Users & Setup
The next step in utilizing the Chrome Extension is to add your users. Users will be able to see value from the platform right away. To learn how to add users, visit our Knowledge Center.
Step 2: Install the Chrome Extension
If you haven’t yet, you will need to download the Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store. If you have provisioned your users but they have yet to download the extension, feel free to send them the download link. Keep in mind that the extension only works with Google Chrome.
