Getting Started with Comparably
The customer onboarding center was designed to allow you to get started quickly. When you’re ready, follow the steps below to begin!
Step 1: Account Provisioning
The first step to getting started with Comparably is to get access to your accounts and provide access to your team.
Activate Your Admin Account
You should have received an automated email from Comparably in your inbox. If you have not received that email (check your spam), you can request a reset from the chatbot on this page, or email comparablysupport@zoominfo.com.
Step 2: Profile and Integrations
Update Profile

- Once you have gathered the required information you may begin creating your page

Step 3: Get Feedback
Collect Feedback and Qualify for Awards
Your organization is now ready to send an employee survey to your team. Keep in mind that the best practices for collecting feedback consider the timing and the messaging used to communicate with employees. If you are attempting to qualify for an award, make sure you collect the correct level of feedback needed to be considered. The levels are typically 25 participants for organizations of 500 or fewer, and 75 participants for organizations of 501 or larger.
