It's built right into the Zendesk multi-channel support ticketing solution, allowing teams to deliver phone support from the same platform they use to manage all other customer conversations. The automated power dialer feature allows you to create an automatically dialed call list in your Sell account so you can dial the numbers of selected leads and contacts.

INTEGRATION Overview

Chorus integrates with Zendesk Talk so you can leverage Chorus's functionality (automatic transcription, theme detection, commenting, and more!) for your team's cold calls.
This sync will allow Chorus to import your team's conversations through Zendesk Talk. Once the integration is complete, Chorus will upload and analyze calls on an hourly basis.
*To integrate Chorus with Zendesk Talk you must be using Salesforce.
