I believe those seven words are the most detrimental to a company’s success. I believed this back when I started the company (as DiscoverOrg) in my law school apartment in 2007 by putting $25,000 on my credit card.
And I believe it now more than ever. After numerous mergers and acquisitions, ZoomInfo employs over 1,300 people, with seven offices across the globe. And each and every employee is focused on helping our 200,000-plus users across 20,000 customers use our platform to go-to-market in unique and innovative ways.
I’ve learned, time and again, that to constantly push forward beyond what is possible, we must constantly challenge ourselves to define new possibles.
It’s a commitment that eventually led to the largest software IPO over the past decade.
