Pursuant to Section 13.7 (or the equivalent provision titled "Amendment") of the ZoomInfo License Terms
and Conditions governing your company's ZoomInfo subscription, the following language will be
incorporated into the agreement between ZoomInfo and your company thirty (30) days from the date
indicated below:
Submitted and Integrated Data. Licensee acknowledges that, through the use of the
Services, including Integration Tools, Licensee may transmit information to ZoomInfo,
and/or provide ZoomInfo with access to Third-Party Applications or other systems for the
purpose of receiving the Services including, but not limited to, matching, cleansing, or
updating records with information from ZoomInfo’s database. Notwithstanding anything
in this Agreement to the contrary, Licensee agrees that any information so transmitted or
accessed may be used by ZoomInfo to test, develop, improve, or enhance ZoomInfo’s
products and services, and Licensee grants ZoomInfo an irrevocable, perpetual,
worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to such information. To
the extent that any such information is subject to Applicable Privacy Laws (which may
include the UK/EU GDPR), the Submitted and Integrated (“S&I”) Controller-to-Controller
Data Processing Addendum is incorporated by reference into these Terms in relation to
such information. Licensee may modify these permissions via functionality within the
ZoomInfo Technology.
