Recruiters and Talent Acquisition specialists are investing more in the technology behind their recruiting strategies and inputting quality data in their recruitment funnels. “Recently, we’ve invested very heavily on business operations, search operations, people, and marketing. We’re building our tech stack to support our recruiters and our business developers,” explained Bitar.

Our connection rates at the time were around 25% and we knew we needed to change our approach in order to be more efficient and exceed our client’s expectations,” said Cosby.

In search of a platform that would integrate with their ATS, uplevel their recruitment strategy, and provide access to professional data, Protis Global turned to ZoomInfo’s Talent. The platform is used as a source of truth for verifying information, finding the right companies and contacts, and ensuring reps and recruiters are working off of the most accurate data available for candidate searches. With access to ZoomInfo’s information, Protis Global Recruiters no longer needed to solely rely on responses from candidates through Inmail messages on LinkedIn; rather they could pick up the phone and call their prospects.
“With ZoomInfo Talent, our team has been able to connect with prospects by having access to their direct phone numbers, which ultimately allows us to connect with them more quickly,” explained Cosby.
The team at Protis Global utilizes Talent’s Likely-to-Listen feature to identify passive candidates who are likely to be open to hearing about new positions.
“We really had no other way of getting this type of intelligence through other platforms. The Talent Likely-to-Listen feature helps our teams identify passive candidates who might be interested in hearing from our recruiters,” said Cosby.
To ensure that the Protis Global team continues to get the most accurate B2B data, they leverage ZoomInfo Enhance, which takes away the worry of having outdated or incomplete candidate data.
“Enhance allows our team to maintain an actionable database by ensuring the information captured from our ATS or Linkedin is correct and consistent,” explained Cosby.
The Results
Protis Global has seen a massive increase in delivering top notch talent in a timely manner since starting to use ZoomInfo Talent.
“Since we began using ZoomInfo, we’ve had our best first half of the year since 1995. I believe that reasoning is largely because of the accurate information we are getting from ZoomInfo,” said Bitar.
The Protis Global team has been able to see a significant increase in their connection rate utilizing ZoomInfo’s data. “Since implementing ZoomInfo, we are seeing about an 85% connect rate versus our previous 25%. ZoomInfo Talent has really helped the cold calling on our teams. The recruiters are finding a lot more traction faster because of it,” explained Cosby.
The company has been able to utilize their time efficiently, doing other tasks rather than spending countless hours searching for information that overall was never totally accurate.
“ZoomInfo has decreased the amount of time our reps spend looking for information by 50%. The amount of time that we’ve had to shorten the initial connection point with people has significantly decreased,” said Cosby.
“Any and all ways that we can be more efficient and effective at delivering talent as quickly as possible is really important. ZoomInfo helps us do just that while delivering prime talent as fast as possible leaving us and our clients really happy,” explained Bitar.
