RRI began its journey in 2008 when founder Ted Cox started Cox Recycling Solutions. Mr. Cox, who has always been an entrepreneur, recognized the need for a solution to municipal waste. From there he and the RRI team have been exploring other opportunities such as a waste to energy facility.
