About West Shore Seafood
West Shore Seafood was founded in 2007 with a simple operating principle: to provide fresh off the boat seafood for retail and healthy meals made from scratch. The business is owned and operated by Litchfield native, Susie Pregno, née Bertaccini. Susie moved to Boston in 1996 and worked in restaurants surrounding the Boston Fish Pier. There she met Dianna Shannon, a Boston native who, along with her husband Dan, Captain of the "Sorry Charlie" lobsterboat, own Snug Harbor Fish Company in Duxbury, MA. Susie spent the following years working at Snug Harbor gaining the valuable experience, contacts and beach community culture that she brought back to Northwest Connecticut when she opened West Shore Seafood.Explore more
