The Branded Butcher

The Branded Butcher is excited to announce big changes coming in 2017. After almost 5 years of slurping oysters, curing meats and delivering high-end, farm-to-table eats to the people of Athens, we are shifting our focus to better serve our community. In keeping with a nationwide trend toward casual, playful food thats affordable and accessible to... a broader swath of diners, The Branded Butcher plans to temporarily shutter at the end of November as we overhaul our menu, space and brand. We will reopen in early 2017 under a new name, delivering a whole new experience one with an emphasis on mind-blowing burgers, sandwiches and seasonal salads, with an ever-changing roster of specials. Our most important core values and people will stay the same. Well still be sourcing our ingredients from the local farming community and shifting the menu with the changing of the seasons. And our owners and kitchen talent all remain part of the team. In our new form, well retain the ethos that the Butcher was built on great ingredients, support for our community and delicious food that offers something a little different. We will be announcing the date of our final service as The Branded Butcher soon, as well as more updates about the shape our new project is taking.
