KLOwen was founded by Dr. Brandon Owen in 2019. Prior to its founding, Brandon, a board-certified orthodontist, already had over 12 years building and running a highly successful practice. He was always a technology geek and recognized, early on, the importance of customized orthodontic appliances in combination with digital treatment. He also real... ized that other offerings in the custom digital space had some great attributes, but also came with some major drawbacks. Others would have been satisfied to leave well-enough alone, but not Brandon. When a personal tragedy struck the Owen family, Brandon responded by nurturing his deep desire to make a difference in the world. For him, this meant the creation of what is now KLOwen a company named for his son, Keller Logan Owen, who passed away in 2011.
