Where it Began After venturing into home mixology and becoming frustrated with the bar tools available, founder and product designer Adam Craft set his sights on reinventing the home bar experience -- starting with the three-piece cocktail shaker. I wanted a shaker that would not leak, would not get stuck closed, felt good in my hand and was built to last, Adam said. I purchased dozens of shakers that claimed to be the best, and every single one of them fell short. Thats when I knew there was a problem and I became passionate about solving it. Adams obsession to reinvent the standard cocktail shaker resulted in 2 years of prototyping, testing and iterating until he perfected the shaker design. In 2019, he launched his flagship design, the Elevated Craft® Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and raised more than $2.5M from 29,000 enthusiastic crowdfunding backers to bring the product to life. The viral success of the company's flagship product put Elevated Craft® on the map and created a thriving start-up based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
