Our recent campaigns include the successful fight to protect doctor-led maternity services at the region's largest hospital - which produced the biggest petition ever delivered to the Welsh Assembly Senedd. The Daily Post has also fought for better mobile phone and broadband connectivity in North Wales and has spent nearly two decades raising funds for the local children's hospice, Ty Gobaith. We've also campaigned to save post offices, care homes, Threatr Clwyd and to keep Wales' highest peak, Snowdon, in the nation's hands. We are committed to excellent and comprehensive coverage of local sport including Wrexham FC, the Welsh football leagues and the region's top rugby club, RGC. We also support local business through the Regional Business Awards, we celebrate the best in North Wales education through our Schools Awards and acknowledge our community heroes through our Your Champions event.
