We dont lie, and we dont exaggerate, so well tell you the truth: its unlikely any of us will win a Nobel prize but we are smart, rock-solid reliable, very hard workers, and masters of our chosen crafts. Sometimes, internally, we joke that were a customer-service first firm. Its not just that we think from the clients point of view, and focus on doing whats in your best interest. We also pride ourselves on our good communication, building fantastic dashboards for our clients to follow every detail of whats happening. We balance flexibility & process well. We know that youre used to working with teams that have a bureaucracy the size of the DMV, or that are a few small geniuses that cant scale beyond whats in their heads. We have a healthy balance between the two, and you can read more about it here . Were fast in what we do, in all senses. We respond to communication quickly. We work quickly. Were on our toes and think quickly, too. We understand that there is also a time and space for a slower pace, such as when we deep dive into complex questions. Sometimes, work just takes time. But in the balance of how we work, we tend to err towards speed. Were up at night worrying about and solving your problems. This point is important in two ways. In a metaphorical sense, we dont just implement what you tell us to do; we think about it, we internalize it, we worry about the risk factors and how to solve them.
