We are an independent alternative, for us, it is not just about the bragging rights of how... many distinctions we have achieved instead we also want to brag about the improvement weve seen in individual students and how their lives have changed because of our encouragement and mentorship. At the end of the school day our students attend supervised homework sessions. During these sessions, students have the opportunity to consult with their subject teachers and ask for assistance on subjects they feel they require additional assistance in. We do not limit our students with subject combinations. Our students are able to choose the subjects that best suit their abilities this leads to improved academic performance and success. All of our students have their teachers phone number. This enables them to contact their teachers when they are at home and they need assistance with their schoolwork. Why pay for extra lesson? At Abbotts, we offer these to all of our students who are struggling. Why wait until the end of the term before identifying areas you are struggling with? We offer ongoing assessment and evaluation with constant feedback. The reports provide the opportunity to identify areas our students are struggling with and provides the opportunity to map your progress. We believe in the value of mentorship for all of our students. Each student is assigned a mentor when they become a part of Abbotts. The mentors assist in identifying problems our students have and they develop strategies to deal with them.Read More
