We also offer a take-out service. At 3rd & Spruce bar and restaurant here in West Reading, PA we have a spacious loft which is the perfect venue for all types of parties. There is no charge for the use of the loft, however you must spend a minimum amount (plus 18% gratuity). This is $400 for weekdays and $800 for Friday and Saturday nights.
