Wireless Mikes Employee Directory

Wireless Mike's has been offering exceptional customer service to Central Illinois for more than 30 years. It all started with business owner, Mike Gerkin. He opened his first store in Mattoon, Illinois, in 1980. Today, Wireless Mike's is a Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer with 12 locations in the East Central Illinois region. Each Wireless Mike's... store offers the most relevant products and services you've come to expect from Verizon Wireless, such as smart phones, tablets, Bluetooth devices and other internet-based products and accessories from major phone manufacturers such as Apple, LG, Motorola, Samsung, and more. The Premium Retailer distinction allows Wireless Mike's stores to offer more value and a larger product gallery than other wireless dealers in the area. The management team and staff at Wireless Mike's are consistently ranked as one of the Top Dealers in downstate Illinois for wireless service. One of the key factors of that ranking is the exceptional customer service scores they receive. The primary mission of Mike Gerkin as the company leader is to instill an attitude of professionalism, respect and integrity in each and every employee so that you, the customer, are always the focus. Wireless Mike's team members take pride in offering the coolest phones, having the most knowledgeable sales people, and providing the best service and support after the sale. As we move deeper into the "e-wireless" world, the team at Wireless Mike's will continue to do everything possible to apply the attitude of care and concern to you, our valued customer.
