Prompt Accountability: Discussing all candidates presented for your consideration with Top Talent and all questions about candidates within 1 business day. IV. Introductory Clause: Client will provide Top Talent with introductions and access to all parties actively involved in the interviewing and decision-making process of any candidate referred. V. Candidate Debriefing: Client agrees to provide feedback regarding all candidate interviews with Top Talent by end of business on the day the interview occurs. VI. Offer Ownership: Offers made to candidate are first discussed and reviewed with Top Talent prior to extending and offer. VII.
