To do so, the company uses the following engagement outline: I. Integrity in Communication: Always being open and honest, in all matters of the company's partnership. II. Real-time Feedback: Any and all issues, concerns, and/or feedback, concerning the company's recruiting efforts on your behalf, will be discussed with the company in real-time, i.e. same day. III. Prompt Accountability: Discussing all candidates presented for your consideration with Top Talent and all questions about candidates within 1 business day. IV. Introductory Clause: Client will provide Top Talent with introductions and access to all parties actively involved in the interviewing and decision-making process of any candidate referred. V. Candidate Debriefing: Client agrees to provide feedback regarding all candidate interviews with Top Talent by end of business on the day the interview occurs. VI. Offer Ownership: Offers made to candidate are first discussed and reviewed with Top Talent prior to extending and offer. VII. Recommendation(s): Client agrees to listen to and take into consideration all recommendations provided by Top Talent, especially regarding introductions, preparation, interviewing, and employment offers to any referred candidate.Read More
