This resolution by Tiger shareholders may have caused some speculation to the extent that the Company will be successful in seeking and acquiring other projects. 4. The Company confirms that to the best of the knowledge of its Directors, it has been and is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and in particular, Listing Rule 3.1.
