1. Tiger is presently involved in negotiations regarding an acquisition. These negotiations are incomplete and no agreement has been reached or entered into. 2. No announcement can be released at this time for the reasons outlined at "1" above. 3. At the Company's AGM held on 29th November 2001, when the Company's share price was at an historic low... , the shareholders resolved to authorise the Directors to seek opportunities outside the Resources Sector. This resolution by Tiger shareholders may have caused some speculation to the extent that the Company will be successful in seeking and acquiring other projects. 4. The Company confirms that to the best of the knowledge of its Directors, it has been and is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and in particular, Listing Rule 3.1. We wish to assure the ASX that compliance with the requirements of the Listing Rules has always been given close attention and this practice will continue in the future.
