Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation (WRC) was formed on November 3, 1931 by 10 town mutual insurance companies from Wisconsin to meet their reinsurance needs in the state of Wisconsin. The board of directors of WRC is comprised of nine men and women who are full-time managers of reinsured companies.
