CEO Dina Soukop was born into the property world and her father Valentino Bozza, a builder and developer, not only imparted to her a love and knowledge of the building, developing and the market, but also the old fashioned values of integrity, hard work and honour. Dina started off her career working as a conveyancer, before moving into sales in 1978.
