Reptile Basics Employee Directory

Reptile Basics Inc. was formed in 2001 as the internet division of Piedmont Reptile, the company's brick and mortar retail store in Archdale, North Carolina. The primary focus at that time was breeding and resale of quality CB and WC reptiles. In 2004 the decision was made to sell the retail store and focus on internet sales and reptile shows in th... e eastern US. At this time RBI also started the cage making business. All of the company's cages are cut and assembled in the company's facility using CNC equipment. Since that time there have been several internet based caging companies that have come and gone. RBI has continued to be a fast, reliable and competitive alternative for your reptile caging needs. The company has been very careful not to outgrow the company's capabilities so that the company can offer more personalized service and faster turn around times on orders. Since 2004 the company has ventured into manufacturing several reptile related products ranging from plastic hide boxes, radiant heat panels, Vivarium Electronics Thermostats and stainless products. In 2012 the company took over the TempGun.com business from the company's friends at Pro Exotics. The company offers wholesale to qualified buyers on several products (F10SC, Heat Panels, VE Thermostats, and more!) and you can find the company's products for sale at fine retailers both on the internet and all over the USA at reptile shows. Since 2004 RBI has grown tremendously and has become one of the most respected and trusted names in the reptile industry. You can visit the company's warehouse in High Point, NC as well as at trade shows around the USA.Read More
