Ocean Group Employee Directory

Ocean Group is an employee-owned company. All employees participate in some level of ownership and the responsibilities that come with that ownership. We are choosing not to take a public ownership route in our future. We prefer to work hard, take some risks, and reap the financial benefits as a group rather than be responsible to a group of outsid... e stockholders who may not understand our technologies or culture. Not surprisingly, we are also an open book company. This means that we educate all employees in the business end of our business, such that we all take ownership of our financial indicators and general business health. Ocean Group offers our clients a group of intelligent, inspired professionals, focused on delivering top quality solutions that make both our clients and our company look good. We take pride in our ability to respond quickly to clients' needs, and in the shining record of client satisfaction that we have earned as a result. Our capacity to give great service is the result of three things: our technical creativity and acumen, the fact that we work as a lean and cohesive team, and the personal stake we each have in the company. Coincidentally, what satisfies our clients is also what makes Ocean Group a great place to work. Sound like the kind of place for you?
