Ocean Group is an employee-owned company. All employees participate in some level of ownership and the responsibilities that come with that ownership. We are choosing not to take a public ownership route in our future. We prefer to work hard, take some risks, and reap the financial benefits as a group rather than be responsible to a group of outsid... e stockholders who may not understand our technologies or culture. Not surprisingly, we are also an open book company.
