It is expected (assuming no natural disasters) that the construction will be complete by Christmas 2015, at which time final stages of team training and on-site preparations will take place. As soon as everything is in place to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences we will begin to welcome families. We expect to open in early 2016 with a well-planned schedule of service delivery that we will review and recalibrated as necessary based on lessons learned once the House is operational. To ensure we have the best possible service delivery we will employ a 'soft opening', starting with a small number of families and progressively increasing the number of families until we are functioning at full capacity.Read More
