The company also work closely with local employers to assist in recruiting, training and hiring Garten program participants into their workforce. Garten augments community placements with employment opportunities in the company's own fee-for-services professional enterprises, including: Recycling, Commercial Laundry, Mail Services, Print Services, Packaging and Assembly, Custodial, Electronics Recycling and Secure Document Destruction. The company also provide the company's Day Break Activities Program at the company's South Salem and Dallas, Oregon locations.
