Danville also works closely with partner agencies to find homes for people with disabilities, people suffering from chronic homeless, and people with mental illness. Danvilles unique customer-focused management approach assures the highest quality of service to the company's applicants and residents. It takes time and patience to navigate all of HUDs rules and regulations, to find a new apartment, then qualify, apply, and finally wait for the next available opening. All of which makes working with Danville a unique processwe are part property manager, part housing advocate.
