Alchemia is dedicated to providing comprehensive arts programming for adults with developmental disabilities who identify as artists or possess a passion for deepening their artistic, social, and communication skills through expressive arts. The organization fosters a nurturing environment that supports participants in developing strong interpersonal relationships, pursuing creative goals, and exploring their aspirations. Staffed by professional artists with nationwide exhibition and performance experience, Alchemia is committed to the sustained, gentle, and affirmative development of its participants' artistic abilities. Serving the North Bay region with three sites in Novato, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa, Alchemia is a community-based program affiliated with the Petaluma Adult School, facilitating integration, education, and enrichment.
