Alchemia

Alchemia provide arts programming for adults with developmental disabilities who identify as artists or who are passionate about deepening their artistic, social, and communication skills through the expressive arts. Alchemia is committed to providing a physically, socially, and artistically nourishing environment where participants can develop and... sustain strong interpersonal relationships, pursue individual creative goals, and explore their unique dreams. Alchemia is staffed by professional artists who continue to exhibit and perform nationwide. We are all deeply committed to the development of the artistic skills of our participants in a sustained, gentle, and affirmative way. We serve participants throughout the North Bay, with three different sites located in Novato, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa. Alchemia is a community-based program, providing plenty of opportunity for integration, education, and enrichment for all involved. We are affiliated with the Petaluma Adult School, with many thanks for their support and funding opportunities.Read More
