Zeno provides our partners a flexible program that is rooted in cultural understanding, community knowledge, and personal connection. Every family wants the best future pos... sible for their child, but not every family has the same experience in the early math arena. The games, the trainings. This particular year, it has been really nice to be able to attend more of the Professional Learning sessions with them being remote. Really appreciate Zeno as an organization to support engaging families, especially BIPOC families. Cheryl: Families love the games and love when the in-class play, even when they don't have the games. Have gotten Zeno families joining their play to learn sessions. Families and kids love Zeno, love the games, and it is a great supplement to our other VISMS. Can use the Zeno games to build the VISMS up and extend learning. They created a VISM distribution ideas for how to plan out the year and get materials into families home. The video tutorial to show families has been extremely helpful so families can watch on their own to support learning from their virtual visits. Seeing the updates in the games is always exciting- the updated balance scale for example is SO much better this year! So nice to see Zeno take our feedback into account and act on it.
