Yoganauts provides school children with healthy and mindful activity increasing... their physical strength and ability to focus on schoolwork. Yoganauts engages children in Lower Primary years with mindful movement and body control using storytelling techniques centred around four 'Yoganauts' characters who explore physical and mental health and wellbeing principles. Yoganauts engages children in Upper Primary years by exploring movement and wellbeing through teamwork, problem-solving and the chance to work at a range of challenge levels.
