Wissle is offered on an annual subscription basis to homeowner associations and organized residential management groups as a value-added benefit for their dues-paying members. The service is contracted through the management team and is not available to individuals or non-HOA entities at this time. Unlike other neighborhood message services, Wissle... is a secure private network, closed to everyone but the residents within your neighborhood and their family members. No advertising is allowed to detract from the importance of the Wissle messages or to defray the cost of operating the service. We encourage adoption and usage by all family members. Each household may have up to 5 members with up to 5 contact points (email, phone number, cell phone number, etc.) per member. Seniors may add the contact information of their adult children living outside the neighborhood to enable them to receive the alerts as well. Starting a Wissle neighborhood is contingent upon: Agreement with Wissle's Terms and Conditions Full payment prior to the contract start date. The HOA must provide a complete and verified accurate database* of contact information for every household within the association. *Database is to be in Excel format and is to include the following information: First and Last Name of each individual member Street Address, City, State, Zip Mobile Phone Number (s) Home Phone Number(s) Email address(s) Member Photos (recent head shot in jpg format) (Clay to add size restrictions) Information on thedatabase must meet all data quality standards necessary to ensure system integrity and proper functionality.
