We are located one block away from A1A and Samson Ocean Park, providing quick access to beautiful uncluttered beaches and public transportation. Numerous restaurants, businesses, movie theaters, a Publix and other supermarkets, numerous shopping plazas, one of the best public schools in Miami Dade County are just a short walk away. The Winston Towe... rs 200 Condominium Association was established in 1971. It consists of 409 residential units, one swimming pool and fully equipped gym. Winston Towers 200 Association governs and maintains the business, affairs and property of the building. This contributes to the overall ambience and property values for our unit owners. We maintain all common elements of the entire property. Winston Towers 200 Association is governed by nine (9) member Board of Directors, who are residents elected by the Voting Members. This representative form of governance insures that the interests of all residents of our community have an equal voice. The Board of Directors is given its power through the community documents, which include the WT 200 Condominium Documents or By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for use of all building common elements. These documents give the Board the power to adopt, amend and repeal policies and procedures as it deems necessary. Since the Board cannot address every issue of interest to the residents of Winston Towers 200 building, it has established committees to assist in the management of various responsibilities or carry out specific tasks as assigned. This gives an opportunity for interested residents to get involved. Winston Towers 200 Association is a not-for-profit organization. Our income is collected through monthly maintenance fees and periodic major projects assessments charged to our residents since we do not have a reserve fund.
