Preston Vineyards North was established in 2002 and is a residential community in Frisco, Texas. The community consists of 273 single family residences, a community swimming pool, and is within the Frisco ISD. The Preston Vineyards North Homeowners Association (PVN HOA) and its Board of Directors envision a community that offers an inspiring lifestyle, and is a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and neighbors. The PVN HOA works to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through effective and efficient management of the Association, enforcement of rules and covenants to preserve property values, and support initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community. The HOA Board of Directors consists of persons who volunteer their time and are elected to serve by residents of the community.
