After closely monitoring all of the local data and with consultation from our advisors at Nvision Eye Centers, we are starting to take the next step in expanding in-office care. In an effort to maintain the safest possible environment for care, we have instituted the following procedures: All patient contact rooms will be cleaned thoroughly with me... dical-grade cleaning supplies before and after any patient encounter. Limiting the number of doctors in the building and patients we see to reduce the total number of people in one of our offices at one time. Assessing all patients and staff for COVID-19 symptoms, including performing temperature checks for everyone as they enter the office. Requiring staff to wear masks and eye shields at all times and wash hands frequently. Encouraging patients to wear a mask to their office visit and wash hands frequently. Reducing the number of chairs in the waiting room to increase personal space and comply with social distancing. Our eye surgeons have begun resuming all elective eye surgeries on May 6, 2020, as well. We hope that this finds you and your family healthy and safe.
