Weber Industries

Weber Industries Inc., a family-owned and independently operated American pump manufacturer founded in 1952, designs and manufactures WEBTROL-branded water pumps and pumping systems for industrial, municipal, and residential applications. Established by Walter Weber and his father Anthony Weber, who leveraged their machinist expertise to launch a p... recision machine shop, the company initially served the aerospace and space technology sectors, supplying critical components such as bilge pumps for early U.S. manned satellites and McDonnell Douglas space vehicleswork that earned numerous quality and dependability awards from the U.S. Government and leading military and space contractors. Recognizing an opportunity to apply aerospace-grade precision to the water pumping industry, Weber Industries introduced the WEBTROL line of submersible water well pumps in 1963, featuring an innovative bearing design integrated into the diffuser that allows sand and debris to bypass the bearing rather than pass through it, significantly extending pump lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. The company expanded into industrial applications in 1967 when it began manufacturing booster pumps for W.W. Grainger Inc.'s catalog, a partnership that catalyzed the development of a comprehensive industrial product line. Today, Weber Industries offers a full portfolio of centrifugal booster pumps, single and multistage wastewater pumps, and all-stainless-steel groundwater pumps serving diverse end markets including reverse osmosis systems, water desalination facilities, municipal water supply and management systems, residential groundwater treatment, and wastewater treatment applications. The company's competitive advantages stem from its heritage of precision manufacturing, commitment to quality workmanship, and deep operational expertise developed across aerospace and industrial sectors. As one of the last family-owned and independently managed pump manufacturers in the United States, Weber Industries continues to prioritize product ...Read More
