In 2012 I formed a new company called Warm and Dry, LTD. A business dedicated to basement repair, waterproofing, and insulating. I really saw a need for this after seeing some of the sub-quality work that is being done, and by doing repairs on top of repairs that other companies have already done. Tri State specializes in poured walls and waterproofing for new home and commercial construction, and I also specialize in commercial and residential concrete repair work for existing buildings. I thrive on doing specialty work that requires patience and thought, and we are the company that people go to when no one else will take the job or cannot handle the job.
