Chef Jesus was trained by renowned chefs, Piero Topputo and Antonio Mure, where he learned his skill for fine Italian cuisine. He then continued his education and perfected his craft in Venice Italy, where he worked in the small family owned and operated restaurant, Osterias for six years. As the head chef of Vincenzos, chef Jesus displays creativity and brings an additional Italian touch to each of his dishes cooked from scratch. Vincenzos Terrazza carries a diverse menu, as well as our daily special seasonal dishes complemented by an extensive wine list. Tuscan seasonal daily specials include, black tagliolini with fresh lobster and cherry tomato sauce, filet mignon and black kale ravioli.
