It is a family owned and operated business in the recycling industry. Victor has been dealing in scrap recycling since 1996. VRI is the result of hard work, discipline, perseverance and 20 years of experience in the USA. Pancorvo's son, Pierre - who is Viking Recycling's General Manager - is the second generation family member to be involved in the scrap metal industry. As the company's purchasing and plant manager, Luz G. Pancorvo occupies a unique position in the traditionally male-dominated scrap metal industry. Pancorvo's other son, Emerson, just graduated from Lake Wales Senior High School and is currently enrolled in international business and administrative management at the local state college. He too will soon join the business.
