The agency was founded by Vic Cannone, an experienced property broker, with extensive sales and managerial experience in the property industry. In September 2002 they... purchased their own commercial premises in the CBD of Durbanville, at Sir Benjamin Promenade Office Park in Oxford Street, Durbanville. VICTORY ESTATES has since consistently grown, with the Head Office in Durbanville and agents operating from the Durbanville office as well as Milnerton, Southern Suburbs, Langebaan & Vredenburg. Although they initially only covered a small portion of the Durbanville property market, Victory Estates now has an unrestricted areas of operation, with the main focus being the suburbs of Durbanville, Bellville, Uitzicht, Vredekloof, Langeberg Ridge and Langeberg Heights, as well as Milnerton, Philadelphia, Langebaan & Vredenburg. VICTORY ESTATES' main sphere of business is the sale of residential homes, town houses, apartments, vacant plots and plot & plan residential developments. Notwithstanding the industry standard of agents qualifying to the NQF 4 level, more than one third of the agents contracted by the VIC CANNONE PROPERTY GROUP are registered Principal Agents who have gained the NQF 5 qualification.
