Im Veronica and I am extremely passionate about all things health & wellness! It all started when I joined my high schools cross country team. What I as looking for was friendships. What I discovered was so much more. I learned how to train, to work hard, to be a part of something bigger than myself. I started learning about exercise and eating hea... lthy. My passion grew even stronger when I started studying Exercise Science at Bowling Green State University. I was so intrigued by the human body & exercise that I took additional classes in nutrition and health promotion and earned my certifications as a group fitness instructor & personal trainer. Since then, I have been honored to have trained & educated hundreds of individuals in order to help them reach their health goals! Upon graduation, I decided to continue my education at Miami University, where I earned my Masters degree in Exercise & Health Science in the summer of 2017. While studying at Miami, I dove deeper into my passion for wellness and I started studying exercise science from a holistic standpoint. I learned that each individual is unique & therefore, so is their health journey -- all programs at Veronica Rasicci Wellness are individualized tailored for each persons specific goals.
