Who is Florida Fitness Concepts
Established in 1986. Florida Fitness Concepts was created in 1986 as a one-man personal training company by my father, John Dickson. In 1993, my da d hired his first trainer to help with his growing clientele. In response to the lack of enjoyable personal training facilities in the area, he opened a training studio in 1994 with a staff of two trainers. Today, we have a staff of fourteen trainers utilizing a 5,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art Precor cardiovascular and resistance training equipment and all of the amenities you require.
