She was the founder of a successful professional association management and small business consulting firm in Richmond, Professional Edge. A new career path unfolded in corporate and personal coaching offering support and help for others in finding ways to create strategies to balance the many demands of life critical for maintaining physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. From there, Karen returned to school to complete her MBA and Master's in Professional Counseling. She is the founder and president of Vantage Point Counseling & Coaching, a division of the Vantage Point Group, LLC. In particular, Karen has a heart for working with individuals experiencing life transitions and desiring change coupled with new beginnings.
