We are a group of like-minded people with a similar social commitment towards the community. This community and social commitment led to the establishment of a caring organisation called Wellcare Australia Pty Ltd. Our mission is to work collaboratively with individuals, services and systems to cultivate their capacity for creativity, care, compass... ion, realism and resilience. In addition, we aim to promote and support a recovery based on hope and an ambition for flourishing mental health. Our vision is to provide excellent person centred and recovery oriented care and well as support persons through their recovery journey. Our strength is our staff who are all committed to holistic service and care. They are all highly trained and specialise in mental health care. A majority of our recruited staff are experienced in mental health and have worked for mental health organisations within A.C.T, including A.C.T Health, Transition to Recovery, Partners in Recovery and Step-up Step-down programs. Our aim is to provide a high standard of residents service and outreach support including safe and comfortable housing and an environment that we believe will play a vital role in the recovery of mental health consumer.
