Val-U-Computers

Val-U-Computers was formed in July 1993 to supply the local market in Norwich and Norfolk/Suffolk with used computers. Advertising in local papers the business quickly built a reputation for cheap prices supported by good service and support. During the years that followed the business expanded, taking on more staff and acquiring larger premises un... til it moved to the current location in Rackheath, which is just outside Norwich. Although the main focus of the business has always been selling used and refurbished computers there was a period when Val-U-Computers built it's own bespoke computer systems. In 1999 Val-U-Computers took the first steps to market it's products on the internet. Progress was slow at first but gradually the company started to sell more and more computers, particularly laptops, on the internet. Val-U-Computers was one of the first laptop companies in the UK to be listed on Google.co.uk. We are members or affiliated of the following associations and groups:: The Federation of Small Businesses is the UK's largest campaigning pressure group promoting and protecting the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms. Formed in 1974, it now has 210,000 members across 33 regions and 194 branches. Val-U-Computers has been a member since 1995. We are part of Brigantia Computer Experts, a national membership organisation of over 6000 dedicated, trained professionals adhering to a code of ethics and professional conduct. We were one of the original members when the organisation was formed in 1996.
