A United Auto Collision Center team member, once on an accident scene provides the customer comfort and guidance. They provide detailed instructions on the process and what the customer can expect at each point in the process. The team member waits with the customer until one of our tow truck arrives, tows the car, and then provides the customer with a free ride from Lyft. From the moment the customer's car is taken to United, the customer is kept informed at every step of the way from the insurance company's assessment, to explaining the damages and the cost of the repairs and informing them of the expected duration of the repairs.
